Duais Ghlór na nGaelTá ardlúcháir orainn a fhógairt gur bhain Cairde Teo an chéad áit amach i gcomórtas Ghlór na nGael sa rannán do cheantair le daonra thar 10,000 duine do chur chun cinn na Gaeilge. Tá muid fíorbhuíoch do Ghlór na nGael as an aitheantas speisialta a bhronnadh orainn as an obair uilig atá ar siúl ag muintir Ard Mhacha lenár dteanga féin a chur chun tosaigh sa chathair agus sa cheantar máguaird. Chomh maith leis an aitheantas agus le teastas, bronnadh seic €5,000 orainn as tograí breise Gaeilge a reáchtáil do phobal na Gaeilge in Ard Mhacha. Gabhann muid comhghairdeas le gach duine in Ard Mhacha a oibríonn ar son na teanga agus a ghlacann páirt ghníomhach i saol na Gaeilge sa chathair. Maith sinn agus Ard Mhacha abú.
Ba mhaith linn comhghairdeas ó chroí a ghabháil lenár gcairde, Gaeil Charn Tóchair, a thóg leo an phríomhdhuais náisiúnta agus le gach grúpa eile a bhain duaiseanna ag bronnadh Ghlór na nGael.

We are delighted to announce that Cairde Teo won first place in the Glór na nGael competition for promoting Irish in areas with populations over 10,000. We are extremely grateful to Glór na nGael for giving us this special recognition for all of the work that Armagh Gaels do to promote the language in the city and surrounding area. As well as the recognition, we were awarded €5,000 for organising additional Irish language projects for the language community in Armagh. We would like to congratulate everyone in Armagh who works to promote the language and who take an active part in the Irish language social life in the city. We would like to congratulate our friends in Carn Tóchair who won the main national prize on the evening and all the other groups who were awarded prizes at the gala presentation on Saturday evening.
